The laser safety filter T83 is a pink, absorbing mineral glass filter with additional coating. The protection is based on reflection and absorption of the laser light within the bulk material. The LASERVISION filter Type T83 has a daylight transmission of approx. 20%, but due to the reflective coating the colour recognition and the daylight transmission are good. The laser protection filter is CE and GS certified. Main applications are 532nm frequency doubled Nd:YAG lasers. The filter T83 is available in three different frame styles.
