Product information "laser safety film with lamination"
Laboratory or OR (operating room) windows need to be shielded against laser radiation in order to protect exterior areas from direct or scattered laser light. This is in particular true for the application of infrared lasers, because their radiation is invisible for the human eye. Especially for such application laservision has qualified a blue-green, absorbing plastic film. This new laser protection film P5P14 has a daylight transmission of approx. 55% and is specified with OD (Optical Density) values only. Assessment of costs is based on meters with a standard width of approx. 1,50m. Lamination is offered as a service by a qualified provider and will be charged at cost.
