REACh/SVHC Regulation compliance statement
Dear customer,
We hereby inform you of the absence of harmful substances and the implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACh-VO) at laservision, a subsidiary of the uvex group.
Our central mission at the uvex group is protecting people. Therefore, we stand for value-oriented corporate management that takes ecological and social responsibility.
laservision, as a manufacturer, carries out beyond its legal obligation random sample tests in accordance to REACh, by having a chemical analysis of our products through external accredited testing laboratories, to confirm the absence of prohibited substances (SVHC candidate list and the candidates from Annex XVII of the REACh regulation). Representative products from all product categories were selected and tested for the respective risk groups of substances of very high concern. In many cases, these tests refer not only to REACh, but also to RoHS and California Proposition 65.
Based on the test results, we hereby confirm that laservision products do not contain any SVHC candidates in excess of 0.1 mass % according to Art. 33 of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 to the best of our knowledge at the present time as of June 2022. Therefore, no entry to the ECHA SCIP database is necessary.
We furthermore would like to inform you, that we comply with the restrictions of use of substances listed in Annex XVII Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006: our products do not contain the currently listed substances above the presently valid concentration limits.
