laser safety filter T1K02

The laser safety filter T1K02 is a light gray absorbing mineral glass filter without additional coating. The protection is based on absorption of the laser light within the bulk material. The laser protection filter has an extremely good daylight transmission of approx. 70% which is comparable to that of a normal window. Colour recognition is unrestricted. The filter T1K02 is especially suitable for IR lasers starting from 950nm up to 2200nm. Additionally it protects against other IR lasers, like Er:YAG and CO₂ lasers. Please calculate required protection levels before using laser safety filters and compare with the filter provided. The laser safety filter T1K02 is in the frames R01, R14  and R17 available.
