The laser safety filter P1P17 consists of a orange-braun colored, absorbing plastic without additional reflective coating. The laser protection is based on absorption of the laser radiation in the material itself. The filter type P1P17 has a daylight transmission of approx. 25% so that the subjective impression of the visual brightness is good. The filter is particularly suitable for UV-lasers, Nd: YAG, SHG, THG lasers and is ideal for high-energy pulsed lasers in the medical sector. It has M LB10 at 532nm and M LB10 at 1064nm. It is CE certified and is available in frames F18, F22 and F42. Please calculate the protection levels required for your laser for sufficient laser safety and compare it with the information on the laser safety goggles before using the glasses.
