The laser safety filter T1K16 is a light gray absorbing mineral glass filter without additional coating. The protection is based on absorption of the laser light within the bulk material. The laser protection filter has a very good daylight transmission of approx. 60% which is comparable to that of a normal window. Colour recognition is also very good. The filter is the only colorless filter from laservision with protection levels D LB7 + IR LB8 + M LB9 in the wavelength range between 1025nm and 1400nm, which is important for laser material processing. Please calculate required protection levels before using laser safety filters and compare with the filter provided. The laser safety filter three different frame styles available: R01, R14 and R17.
