The laser protection filter type P1P22 was specially developed for the requirements of hand-held laser welding. Similar to the P1P10, it is made of an absorbing plastic that has been optimized for excellent colour vision. The daylight transmission of the filter is approx. 12%. The P1P22 laser safety filter is CE certified with interruptions in the visible range for the wavelength range of 180-14000nm in accordance with EN 207 and is characterized in particular by the high protection levels in the IR range. The filter is available in visor form in the FS1 version and is particularly suitable for hand-held laser welding. It offers UV protection for the face thanks to its additional certification in accordance with EN 169 with Shade 3. To ensure adequate laser safety, please calculate the protection levels required for your laser and compare them with the information on the laser safety visor before using the visor.
