laser safety filter T1E03

The laser safety filter T1E03 is a dark red absorbing mineral glass filter without additional coating. The protection is based on absorption of the laser light within the bulk material. The filter T1E03 has a very low daylight transmission of approx. 5% and a restricted colour recognition. The laser protection filter is especially suitable for Argon-Ion and frequency converted Nd:YAG lasers. The filter T1E03 is in the frames R01, R14 and R17. Please calculate required protection levels before using laser safety filters and compare with the filter provided.
