The E25 basic module E25.M7P06.1001 is formed by an E25 start and end module of the modular laser protection folding wall system from laservision. a completely assembled laser protection wall with the dimensions 2100x1257x308mm (HBT per module). Depending on the application, this can be expanded by up to 7 additional intermediate modules (E25.M7P06.1002). The ready-to-use basic module is filled with the plate material M7P06 as standard, which is based on a special aluminum sandwich structure with coated aluminum cover plates (black). The partition can e.g. can be set up as a room divider in laboratories or as a laser-safe partition around optical tables.
The special feature of the laser protection folding wall is the connection of the individual segments with the new, revolutionary hinge system. With this hinge, a completely light and laser beam-proof but flexible connection is achieved without an additional cover. No matter what angle (0 ° - 360 °) the wall is set up, there is protection against radiation. A stable stand is guaranteed at all times thanks to the 30cm long boom with lockable castors and the low overhang of the boom of only 15cm on each side significantly reduces the risk of tripping over. The entire folding wall system from laservision has been tested and certified in accordance with DIN EN 60825-4. Due to the flexibility of the hinge, the laser protection folding wall system can be stored in a very space-saving manner. To do this, the modules are folded together and secured in the end position with the supplied elastic strap.
