The laservision mineral glass laser safety window T1K03 with lamination provides very high protection ratings like D LB7, IR LB8 within the NIR spectral area (1,050-1,400nm). The light grey filter material features a 66% VLT and is customized available up to a size of 297x210nm. The thickness is approximately 5,3 - 8,0 mm. This window is certified acc. EN207 and CE marked with 5 and 10 sec. of test time.

The laser safety filter type T1K03 is a light gray absorbing mineral glass filter without additional coating. The protection is based on absorption of the laser light within the bulk material. In comparison with filter T1K02 this window is approx. 2mm thicker and negligibly darker, but possesses, especially within the range 1050-1400nm, higher protection levels. The filter Type T1K03 has very good daylight transmission of approx. 66% which is comparable to that of a normal window. Color recognition is unrestricted. The laser protection filter is especially suitable for IR lasers starting from 950nm up to 1400nm. Additionally it protects against Er:YAG and CO2 lasers and in the whole range between 1400 and 2800nm. Please calculate required protection levels before using laser safety filters and compare with the filter provided.
