Product information "laser safety window P1L23"

The laser safety window type P1L23 is made of a light green, absorbent plastic on a particularly laser-resistant PMMA basis. The laser protection is based on absorption of the laser radiation in the material itself. The laser safety window has a daylight transmission of approx. 50% and has good visual brightness and color visibility. To ensure safe use in machines or shielding, even with large beam diameters, the P1L23 laser safety window is certified in accordance with DIN EN 60825-4 and CE. It is available in various standard sizes.

Customized designs are also possible. There is broad and high protection in the NIR range from 855nm-1090nm (OD5+). The laser safety window type P1L23 is ideal for high power diodes as well as for disk, Nd:YAG or fiber lasers.

To ensure adequate laser safety, please calculate the protection levels required for your laser and compare them with the specifications on the laser safety window before installing the pane.
