Another special feature of this P5E04 window is that it improves the visibility of red lasers. The red window has a dimension of 450x300mm and offers a daylight transmission (VLT) of approx. 5%. The laser safety material is available in different standard sizes and is also customized available up to a maximum size of 3050 x 2050 mm². The thickness is about 3mm. The protection is based on absorption of the laser light within the bulk material. The laser safety filter has a daylight transmission (VLT) of approx. 5%. The laser safety filter laservision P5E04 is marked only with optical density values (OD) and is available in different dimensions. It is particularly suitable for high-power lasers in the blue and green wavelength range as well as for lasers of lower power in the UV and yellow wavelength range. The visual brightness is sufficient and the color vision is somewhat restricted.
