Laser safety slats VL

The laser safety slats VL00000006 are 10,000mm long and 300 mm broad. They are machine-cut and pre-drilled. The laser safety slots consist of special silicon with very high laser stability. Concomitant they are stable against mechanical exposures and chemical substances. The assembling is carried out with slat-mounts which can be ordered separately. The stated protection levels result from an internal laser impact test in accordance with EN 12254:2012-04.

Product information "Laser safety slats VL"

For assembling the laser safety slats slat-mounts are fitted onto a rod (diameter max. 33,7mm). The rod and the slat-mounts are not part of the shipment and should be ordered separately. There is one mount needed for each slat plus one in addition. This allows to create a nearly unrestricted individual width of the shield. For a width of 1,100mm 5 slats are needed, for 2.100mm, 10 and for 3,100mm 15 slats are needed. Die laser safety slats can also be used within mobile frames or can directly be mounted at machine housings. The stated protection levels result from an internal laser impact test in accordance with EN 12254:2012-04.
