The standard column TTS.POST1.1001 is mounted directly in the drilling grid of the OT using an M6 threaded pin. It has a total height of 309 mm and is suitable for holding a maximum of 3 laser protection plates (TTS.M7P06.100x) with a height of 306 mm. A plastic cap at the top minimizes the risk of injury. The ability to rotate around the central M6 pin enables great flexibility in laser protection barriers. Customer-specific panel lengths can be ordered for superstructures that are not along the grid.
The standard column consists of a 25 mm aluminum profile with a height of approx. 306 mm. An end cap is attached to the upper end so that the risk of injury is minimized. This results in a total height of 309 mm. The standard column TTS.POST1.1001 is mounted directly in the drilling grid of the OT using an M6 threaded pin. Due to the central seat of the threaded pin in the column, only one hole is occupied directly below the column at the TDC. Furthermore, three of the four grooves in the column can be used to insert the BARRIER (M7P06). For example, corners and T-junctions can be set up very easily to define different areas on the OT. The standard column has been tested by laservision and fulfills an SGB of 1.25 MW / m² @ 940-1400nm for a maximum service life of 105s.
